Looking back on Summer 2003

These are a few of the many pictures from our honeymoon in Santa Cruz / San Fran/ Half Moon Bay back in the summer of 2003, five years ago. For some reason Iv'e been hearing wedding and honeymoon stories latley and felt compeled to share my own. Like I was telling Jamie on Saturday, ALL I cared about was being married. I didn't have a great body, the perfect dress, faboulous center peices, or the ceremony on the beach, but after the bouquet was tossed and the dancing was over, we drove down 1-5 in a red mustang with my veil whipping in the wind and you counldn't have found another two people more excited to have a ring on their finger! We were engaged for nine months after a suprise proposel. Matt called me on my way home from beauty school saying he had a suprise for me. I thought for sure he had rented some movies :) I was still smelling like setting lotion and perms when he had me close my eyes and when I opened them he was down on one knee with a beautiful diaomond ring. He didn't say a word and I just started to cry and hugged him, and had to say "yes" because he looked a little worried (like it had to be said?!) Then we did a little planning each month till it was May 31st when we became Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Kibler ( I love you babe, you know I always will!.. you look adorable in these pictures :)
