Moving right along....

Well there is progress! Kind of gross, I know, but I lost my mucus plug this morning- which is just one thing that has to be crossed of the list of things that happen during early labor. So, yeah! Renea, my Doula, says that early labor can last weeks unfortunately. Early labor is between dialing between 0-3 cm with braxton hicks. ( inconsistent contractions) So haven't I done that already?! Let's go Wyatt, what are you waiting for?! I did get some labor review last night with Nathan & Julie, and Leslie and Joel. I hope they had fun and got lots of good info. (Joel and Leslie) They hadn't been to a class yet, it's amazing what you can learn. The difference it makes when you learn how to relax and let your body do all the work in labor and how important it is to stay calm. You'll be next Leslie! How exciting! You are going to do awesome, I can tell just by last night's practices. Well, hopefully things will move quickly and you'll all be getting a phone call! Bye for now!
