"More kisses please!"

Weston slept in a "big boy" bed last night and did really well to my surprise. We set up a twin sized mattress on the floor in his bedroom. He slept the whole night without waking up, I thought for sure it would be a rough first night, but it wasn't! I was paranoid about him rolling of the mattress and getting scared, so I lined it with pillows and made sure there were lots of stuffed animals to cuddle with, especially his "Puffy", which is his favorite and must-have for sleeping. I may have gotten a little teary when it was time for Matt and I to go to bed because I had one of those "he's getting so big" moments, but I guess you have to let them grow up sometime. On another note , Weston got a new pair of spiffy red shoes to help with his feet, which are a little turned in, they help him walk more naturally with a soft sole and he can't get these off, yet. I've actually had some mothers whisper to each other saying "look how pigeon-toed he is..." How rude right? Oh well, he has learned the sign for Food, which is really cool because he used the More sign when there was nothing there to want more of. Now we know he was trying to tell us he was hungry. We went grocery shopping today and he did the Food sign the whole time we where in the meat and the dairy section. He's also learning the sign for milk, but he's only done it a few times, when he wants his milk, he wants it NOW. He also give kisses on the lips, with his lips puckered and everything. It is defiantly my personal favorite! The other day he walked up to me and did the sign for more and then put his lips out to kiss me. I just about melted. Well that's it for now, Bye!
